How to share an AOL connection over a network

1. You will need to download AnalogX Proxy server from here

2. Install this program onto the PC with the AOL connection

3. Make sure it's showing green in the system tray when you run it

4. Open up Internet Explorer on the other PC

5. Goto Tools > Options then Connection tab, and then LAN settings button

6. Enter the IP of the PC with AOL for the address and the port will be 6588

7. Click OK and close Internet Explorer and load it again, and try browsing to a quick site such as www.google.com to see if has worked

8. If you aren't recieving data then you have either entered the IP incorrectly or your firewall could be blocking the PC accessing the internet
